Initially this web site was established to expose the wrongdoings of “Killing Floor 2” game community server hosters “Tamari” and “Forrest Mark X”, such as profiteering from mods stolen from other KF2 modders or denial of service cyberattacks against competitors. These people have been reporting me on Steam and maybe other platforms for “harassment”, so the risk of being deplatformed was tangible, which warranted having an independent platform.
In the process I’ve become sort of an expert in investigating both DoS and DDoS attacks against Unreal Engine servers and mitigating them. Feel free to reach out to see if I can try my hand on your DoS/DDoS situation and improve it, instead of shutting down your servers, like some losers are routinely forced to do. My record so far has been consisting of wins only, at bare minimum costs at that, as thoroughly documented on this web site here and here.
While the Tamari drama is still the main content, available on links below, for now it’s also a blog about the zombie shooting computer game design as well as the best source of independent “Killing Floor” franchise and Tripwire Interactive, Inc analysis, news and gossip. There’s a number of topics one cannot bring up on any of the TWI controlled platforms, such as Steam Discussions, the official “Killing Floor” discord server, the appropriate subreddit or their official forums. These topics will be covered here.
